The first step, of course, is to talk to your supervisor or employer about the situation that has arisen and the work atmosphere. Try to talk it out calmly and listen to each other's side of the story. Sometimes that is enough to reach a solution together. If an interview report is made, check it and respond to it if it contains things that are not correct.
Trustee
Organizations and companies often have a confidential advisor. You can go here for counseling and support. You can also discuss with the confidant what next steps you can take.
No solution?
Not getting along? Then get help from a mediator. An impartial mediator can help you solve the problem together. If you are sick partly because of the conflict, the company doctor can also suggest this.
The judge
If, even with the help of a mediator, you cannot work things out together, then it may be wise to take the matter to the district court, by filing a dissolution petition as an employee and asking for severance pay.
