What we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated attorney (or attorney-at-law trainee) or labor law specialist who has completed a master’s degree in Dutch law, preferably with a specialization in labor law. You are either already a licensed attorney, about to begin your career in the legal profession, or have consciously chosen a substantive role as a legal counsel within a specialized practice. You possess strong analytical and communication skills and are able to translate complex legal issues into clear and practical advice for clients.

In addition, you work carefully and independently, take responsibility for your cases, and have an eye for quality and detail. You have a practical, solution-oriented approach and feel at home in a modern, dynamic law firm.

- You are studying law at a university and are a third-year or master's student
- You have a passion (already) for employment law
- You are proactive, eager to learn and eager to learn about the employment law profession
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages (both oral and written).

What do you do as a student intern at Arbeidsadvocaat.nl?

- Support in ongoing cases, including preparation of litigation documents
- Attend discussions and hearings
- Conduct research on relevant case law and legislation.
- Create social media content, such as video scripts
- Write blogs and other website content

Practical

A student internship at Arbeidsadvocaat.nl lasts on average 2 months for a minimum of 4 days per week. The start date and duration of the internship can be determined by mutual agreement. At the end of your internship you will receive a written assessment. You will receive an appropriate internship fee.
