Stijn Blom
Stijn Blom is an employment law attorney and the founder of Arbeidsadvocaat.nl B.V. He began his career as an attorney in 2018 at the largest law firm in the southern Netherlands and founded Arbeidsadvocaat.nl in 2023, driven by the belief that employment law can be more precise, faster, and more modern.
Employers turn to Stijn for assistance with reorganizations, employment terms and conditions, employee participation, and other labor disputes. He also assists employees and corporate officers in dismissal cases and labor disputes. Because he works on both sides of the table and has served as an in-house counsel at large organizations, he understands how the other party thinks and where there is room for flexibility. As a result, his advice is pragmatic and results-oriented: the best solution, without unnecessary legal red tape.
Stijn studied labor law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed the Postgraduate Course in Labor Law (PALA) in 2022. He is a member of the (closed) professional association VAAN.
Sanne Dolstra
Sanne Dolstra is an employment law attorney at Arbeidsadvocaat.nl B.V. She began her legal career in 2019 and worked for nearly six years at the largest law firm in the southern Netherlands, in a specialized employment law practice where she provided advice and represented clients in litigation across the full spectrum of the field.
Employers and employees turn to Sanne for employment contracts, disability leave, termination cases, reorganizations, and employee participation, as well as for cross-border employment—a specialty in which Sanne is highly skilled. Sanne combines analytical acumen with a pragmatic approach: she translates complex issues into actionable advice, and litigates effectively when necessary.
Sanne is the chair of the Dutch Young Bar Association and a member of the Association of Young Labor Law Attorneys (VJAA). She also teaches labor law and social security law at universities.
