For €500 (excluding VAT), we’ll conduct a legal review of your settlement agreement based on 35 criteria and verify, among other things, whether the arrangement is compatible with unemployment benefits and whether the amounts, payment schedules, and terms are correct.

(2) VSO Legal Review + Advisory Services

Find out if there’s more to be gained. For €750 (excl. VAT), in addition to this review, you’ll also receive comprehensive legal advice on your legal position and potential room for negotiation.

(3) Negotiating VSO (most popular choice)

We’ll get you the best possible deal. Starting at €1,000 (excl. VAT) , we’ll negotiate on your behalf with your employer to secure better terms: higher compensation, a longer notice period, exemption from work, or the removal of onerous clauses. This investment almost always pays for itself.

(4) Litigation

In some situations, you may need to defend yourself in proceedings before the UWV or the subdistrict court. We offer support for this starting at €2,000, excluding VAT.

Rates

At Arbeidsadvocaat.nl, we believe it is important for employees to have clarity in advance regarding the costs of legal assistance. That is why we offer transparent and flexible fee structures. Given our high level of specialization in employment law, our rates are also very competitive.

Whenever possible, we agree on fixed or maximum fees, for example, in cases of termination or when reviewing a settlement agreement.

That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect from the start. For projects where the scope of work is harder to predict, we charge an hourly rate. Of course, we’ll keep you informed as clearly as possible about the expected costs, both before and during the project.

In addition, in accordance with our pro bono policy, we also handle cases on the basis of subsidized legal aid (assigned cases).

We have a “High Trust” partnership with the Legal Aid Board for this purpose, which allows applications to be reviewed more quickly.
