Sanne Dolstra has been practicing law since 2019 and gained nearly six years of experience at the largest law firm in the southern Netherlands. As part of a specialized employment law practice, she advised clients and litigated on a wide range of employment law issues. She now draws on this broad expertise to advise and represent both employers and employees in matters including employment contracts, disability, termination cases, reorganizations, employee participation, and cross-border employment. Her analytical acumen and pragmatic approach enable her to translate complex legal challenges into clear, efficient, and practical solutions.
In addition to her work as an attorney, Sanne is actively involved in the legal community. As a board member and conference portfolio holder for the Dutch Young Bar Association (Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland), she is responsible for organizing the largest event for young attorneys in the Netherlands. She is also a member of the Association of Young Labor Law Attorneys (VJAA) and has regularly lectured at universities on labor law and social security law. She strongly believes in the power of knowledge sharing and innovation to make labor law more accessible and future-proof.
