What is the definition WGA benefit?

The WGA benefit stands for "work resumption partially disabled. Thus, the WGA benefit is awarded to employees who have been partially disabled for at least two years, but who at the same time can be expected to be able to work (more) again now or in the future, earning 65% or less of their former wage. The benefit is awarded by the UWV.
