Sanne Dolstra has been practising law since 2019 and gained nearly six years of experience at the largest law firm in the southern Netherlands. Within a specialised employment law practice, she advised and litigated on a wide range of employment-related matters. She now uses this broad expertise to advise and represent both employers and employees on issues such as employment contracts, incapacity for work, dismissals, reorganisations, employee participation, and cross-border employment. Her sharp analytical skills and pragmatic approach allow her to turn complex legal challenges into clear, efficient, and practical solutions.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Sanne is actively involved in the legal community. As a board member and conference coordinator for the Dutch Young Bar Association (Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland), she is responsible for organising the largest event for young lawyers in the Netherlands. She is also a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA) and has regularly lectured at universities on employment law and social security law. Sanne firmly believes in the power of knowledge sharing and innovation to make employment law more accessible and future-proof.
