What is termination?
Termination of employment is the ending of the employment relationship between an employer and an employee; it is usually referred to as such when the employer takes the initiative to do so. Termination can occur in various ways, such as through termination of the employment contract by the employer or employee, dissolution by the subdistrict court, or termination by mutual agreement via a settlement agreement. Termination can occur for various reasons, such as reorganization, poor performance, strained working relationships, or for business-related reasons.
