We&#8217;re open about this: on this page, you can read exactly how we use AI and where its limitations lie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How We Use AI<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use AI tools to assist us in our work: in drafting and editing documents, analyzing legal materials and case law, and preparing communications. That makes our work faster and more precise. This way, our attorneys spend less time on routine work and more time on what makes a difference in your case: strategy, negotiation, and personal contact.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The attorney remains responsible<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, AI is a tool, never the decision-maker. Every piece of advice, every document, and every court filing is reviewed by the attorney handling the case, who bears full responsibility for it. What leaves our office is the work of a lawyer, not a system.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confidentiality First<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work exclusively with business AI subscriptions that are contractually guaranteed not to use data for training AI systems. Confidential information is never entered into public or free AI tools. Our duty of confidentiality as attorneys applies in full, including in the way we use technology, and we act in accordance with the GDPR and the guidelines of the Netherlands Bar Association.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your choice<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our engagement letter, we inform each client about our use of AI. Do you have any objections to our use of AI tools in handling your case? Please let us know at the start of the project, and we will adjust our approach accordingly.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep up with the times<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is evolving rapidly, and we&#8217;re evolving along with it.
